honey honey

So once upon a time Tim and I went on something called a honeymoon.
But see, it's really not just "some thing," I don't like to think of it as tangible, it's more of a state. Like a state of happiness; a state of blissful harmony. And I'm sure many of you can agree that it doesn't just end the week after you get married, or even the month after you get married. I see old couples in the "honeymoon state" all the time! The reason I am rambling on about this, is because this week we had our fujifilm camera developed. I wanted to share pictures from our "honeymoon" with you. But I couldn't simply say, "Here are some pictures from our honeymoon."
Because I don't believe a honeymoon ever has to end. So i'll rephrase:

Here are some pictures of me and my husband Tim!
They are the very first pictures we took as we started our new life together. Enjoy :)

Cruisin'

Fun fact about the newly weds:

We double ride.

Tim's bike has been experiencing some technical difficulties lately, but no worries, our transportation dilemma has had a rather simple solution. Tim now rides my bike, while I ride on the handle bars. It's great, we go to school, the gym, the grocery store... anywhere! Last Sunday we were riding home from church when man driving by shouted "TRUE LOVE!" We both just smiled, he saw right through us.

Date : a social appointment, engagement, or occasion arranged beforehand with another person

This is surfin' Tacos.
You could call it the "hawaiian cafe rio."
It is divine; the sweet pork burrito with black beans is my favourite. Today we went on a group date with some friends: Tim, Skyler and Brooke. It was awesome. My single friends always complain about dating - I don't blame them - but once your married, dating rocks. It's my favourite thing. There is nothing better than cuddling and watching a movie (ehem harry potter) with your sweetie, or having a hot beach day with cold ice cream treats.

I love dating you Tim Zemp!

You are the best boyfriend in the whole world!

Sincerely
The Mrs.

Trickster

Some people say gullible, some say blond, I say:
a trusting person.
I am one of those people, and my beloved timothy likes to play tricks on me sometimes. Yesterday he told me that I was talking in my sleep and I said some  very rude things to him.

"Tim... you are fat"

"You are a rolie polie boy"

"I am going to kick you down a hill and watch you roll down!"

Between laughing hysterically and apologizing we were having a great time. Nonetheless I was a bit suspicious of this story, I would never dream (literally) of saying such things. I said:

"Tim, I am trusting you, did I really say those things?"

Reply:

"Jordan, you really said those things! They really hurt my feelings!...JUST KIDDING!"

Oh timothy you trickster!
He also told me that I pass gas during my sleep...
Do you think I am going to believe him?
Nope!!!
Nice try babe ;)

For a brief moment...

Tim and I are officially Polynesian Cultural Centre workers!
Tim is doing an internship with the marketing department and I work at the Gateway buffet! We both really enjoy our jobs; they are awesome. I work with the sweetest people, and I don't mean sweet as is "ya dude that's totally sweet," I mean sweet as in the most kind, friendly and adorable people you will ever meet. Now as lucky as we are to both have jobs, work is still work.
I do not like it when I am bussing plates and the guests' food spills on me. I do not like my uniform. I do not like that by the end of the night my feet are aching. I do not like seating people in places that they obviously don't like. I don't like that the PCC doesn't accept tips (where's the fun in that?).  But what I dislike the most, is having to go to work on a beautiful day when I know I could be spending time with best friend. Call me silly, but if I could spend every second of everyday with him, I would.
Now on a happier note, aside from all the things I dislike about work, there is one thing that I absolutely love.I love it when I am working and completely out of the blue Tim and the marketing team come walking in,(sometimes they have projects within the food services).

I love that in the brief moment we see each other we both can't help but grin.

I love that for a brief moment I am the happiest girl in the world.

I love that for a brief moment we are together,

and I love that for a brief moment we are both reminded of how much we love each other.

Work is never so unbearable after that brief moment.

Mr. & Mrs.

When Tim and I got engaged, it was the happiest day of my life. My brain wasn't physically capable of imagining anything more wonderful. I mean of course I hoped that my wedding day would be happier, but I just couldn't picture anything to compare. Simply put, our wedding day was the most beautiful, most spiritual and -you guessed it- the most happy day of my life. I am so blessed.

Meet Mr. & Mrs. Zemp

Hair: Done by Deanne Schaffer, she is amazing. Dress: My favorite thing in the world.

It's okay, you don't need to tell me, I already know I have the most handsome husband on the planet. :)

"I've been dreaming of a true loves kiss"...and found it.

 Happy. Happy. Happy.

 We are so happy :)

Thank you Trisha for such amazing pictures!
